Biography
I'm a lawyer based in Austin, Texas, and I primarily help people in Texas apply for Guardianships over a loved one. I help families navigate alternatives and apply for full or limited guardianship if it is in the best interest of everyone involved.
Many situations arise where you may feel that a loved one is not capable of handling all aspects of life independently. Situations can include: financial abuse of a relative, dementia, neurodevelopmental disorders, or a child who loses both parents.
I also serve courts in Travis County and Williamson County as a court-appointed Attorney Ad Litem, and I am certified by the State Bar of Texas to represent applicants for Guardianship.
I’m licensed to practice in Texas, my adopted home of the last 9 years, and my home state of California. I received my J.D. from The University of Texas at Austin School of Law.
