I work in the apartment industry and had a very difficult time removing a resident who was months behind on rent. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Unless you just want to loose and just hand over an upfront $2500 retainer fee, DO NOT HIRE this attorney! He will come unprepared, not ask ANY of the right questions and WILL NOT defend you in any way. After losing my case we stood there in disbelief, spoke for a mome...nt and he told me not to worry that he would not charge me for our conversation we were currently having. THE NERVE!
