Mollie Cullinane

Mollie Cullinane is an award-winning attorney who works with nonprofits of all sizes, from emerging local charities to international foundations. She is a Texas Super Lawyer – Nonprofit Law (Thomson Reuters, 2012 – 2014), featured author on non profit topics, and professor.

Mollie’s work focuses on setting up and managing strong and legally compliant nonprofits that have solid bases for long-term success. She provides risk management and offers practical solutions for sound governance. She help nonprofits, foundations, religious organizations, and social enterprises throughout the United States who seek to create positive change.

Mollie serves as a professor at Texas Lutheran University, teaching “Social Entrepreneurship.” She also regularly speaks to nonprofit organizations about legal issues for nonprofits.

In addition to legal work, Mollie Cullinane previously worked with nonprofits in fundraising, grant writing, and program development. She has served as a regent for a university and the president of a school board, among other volunteer board positions. This background gives clients exceptional service, as Mollie provides her clients with practical management advice so they can find success.

Mollie received her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law (2001) and is a member of the Texas Bar. She earned a B.A. magna cum laude (4.o) from Texas Lutheran University and studied at Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland. In addition, Mollie has always been an active community volunteer and is a member of the State Bar of Texas Pro Bono College, donating more than 75 hours of legal services each year.
