My primary focus is criminal defense because I see every day how hard it is for a regular person to stand up and fight for their rights against the government.
Rights that are given to us by the Constitition can be so easily pushed aside by the police, prosecutors, judges, and juries. Your rights have to be evoked and protected every step of the way from arrest to trial or you don't have them.
