A few years ago I was facing a possible DWI charge for failing to blow during a traffic stop. First time ever in trouble in my life and I was shaken to say the least. Firstly I don’t condone DWI and while I made a decision not to blow purely out of fear it cost me dearly. I learned quickly that refus...al gets you an instant stay at the county jail. Lauren was able to negotiate with prosecuters and convince them it would never happen again and that I have (and I have) made life altering changes. The fact is I was guilty and my BAL was over the limit. Lauren’s skills and relationships with her peers allowed me a second chance. She obtained an occupational license for me, preventing me from losing my career and such. I was given the opportunity of probation with the DWI being dismissed and a much lesser charge similar to a parking ticket in lieu of a DWI.
