I form and maintain Limited Liability Companies (LLC), Corporations, Partnerships and other business organizations; I prepare and analyze business contracts, help resolve disputes informally or through mediation and/or litigation. I also advise owners on how to transfer their businesses to their children.

I represent creative talent and those around them; namely, artists, performers, songwriters, publishers, studio musicians, record companies, producers, investors, and companies licensing music in all aspects of protecting their interests in the entertainment business.

I counsel, advise and prepare Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Medical Powers of Attorney, Declarations of Guardian for Children, and other Advance Directives.

I protect clients in all aspects of Copyright, Trademark, Publicity rights (Name and Likeness), Licensing, Contracts, Work for Hire Agreements; Copyright and Trademark Registration, Infringement, Cease and Desist demands and Litigation; including, Gaming and Internet companies.
