Joel Hugh Whitney

Joel is a wonderful attorney. I have had some really bad experiences with attorneys in my life, but Joel is an exceptional attorney. He communicated with me regularly, handled my wife's estate without any problems and he kept his fees within the range he quoted me during our initial consultation abou...t my case. He genuinely cared about me during this difficult time in my life and did not treat me like I was just a "client." Several months after the probate was completed, he followed up just to ask how I was doing. He also updated my Living Trust for me after my wife's death and his fee was half of the amount I was quoted by two other attorneys.
