David J. Schupp

David joined FVF Law Firm – Injury & Wrongful Death Lawyers in early 2020 as a pre-litigation attorney.

David was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. After finishing his bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies at the University of Buffalo, David and his wife left the harsh New York winters for Texas sunshine and now claim Austin as home. Before law school, David worked as a Client Intake Specialist and Intake Manager for a local personal injury law firm. Spending most of his days on the phone with potential clients, David developed a passion for client advocacy.

In law school, David focused his studies on civil litigation and volunteered as a peer mentor. After graduation from Lewis and Clark Law School, he worked as an insurance subrogation attorney. This unique experience helped David develop a tactful approach to litigation against insurance companies using fundamental knowledge of their methods and processes.

David is proud to join the cohesive team of attorneys at FVF. His years of experience have made him a client-centered attorney, eager to help victims navigate the legal world surrounding personal injury.

In his free time, David enjoys traveling, playing video games, watching sports, and all things outdoors with his wife, Sam, and their Boston Terrier, Maisie. They love indulging in all the music and cuisine that Austin has to offer.
