As a new homeowner, I found myself in a world filled with financial jargon and a pile of responsibilities. Simultaneously, I watched from afar a former classmate undergo chemo and eventually pass away. The recent months made me realize the importance of discussing the "what ifs" with my near and dear.... I also knew I needed to put my thoughts on paper. Keith made this process very easy. His kind and patient demeanor allowed me to feel free to ask him any questions, and his documentation gets right to the point. I appreciate that I could communicate with him via his secure platform, so my schedule was never interrupted. Keith also informed me of the meaning of each document.
