Contacted Andrew in regards to wrongful termination based on a hidden disability I have and disclosed with the company. Andrew was on top of his game, gave me realistic expectations, communicated every step of the way, and made sure he was available utilizing different formats. He was able to quickly... earn my trust by telling me what's going on, giving me a couple of paths to take, giving me his recommendation, and then letting me decide which option to take.
