Biography
Jason established JH Law in 2022. JH Law focuses on serving clients involved in contract disputes, business formations and other transactions, general civil litigation, construction, real estate, liens, and estate planning. Jason has vast experience helping small businesses get off the ground and ensuring his clients' business structures are legally in line with how they desire the companies to be run. Jason has worked closely with property owners, general contractors, subcontractors and tradespersons of all types to settle construction and payment disputes.
Jason earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music (Opera) from the University of North Texas with a minor in Business Foundations in 2012 and went on to earn a Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary's University School of Law - San Antonio in 2016. Jason is licensed in the state of Texas and is a current member of the Austin Bar Association, the Austin Young Lawyers Association, and the Texas Young Lawyers Association.
