The beginning of the process was fairly easy and I thought I had found a good reputable firm, Hermann and Hermann to represent me. I was the one who had to initiate all the calls for any updates on my case and believe that I would still be in limbo about closing my case. I was asked to write a review... in exchange for a loan, in which I did because I was in need of the funds. Each day I got another excuse as to why my loan check was delayed. Then I was told that I would have my settlement check within the next two weeks. I was told just last week that I would have it or it would be ready by 3-28-2025 or early the week of 4-1-2025. I have called each day for an update and I am now hit with, all checks have been put on hold for 10 days due to some cyber/software attack. So if you read previous reviews you will see a pattern with this law firm and the dissatisfied client reviews many of which are based on this same type of complaint.
