Biography
I was born and raised in Iowa, and graduated from Emmetsburg High School in 1970. I was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force in 1975. I have earned the following university degrees: Bachelor of General Studies (Science) in 1984 from the University of Nebraska at Omaha; Master of Public Administration in 1986 from the University of Nebraska; Master of Political Science in 1989 from the University of Houston; Doctor of Philosophy (Political Science) in 1990 from the University of Houston; and Juris Doctorate in 2002 from Texas Tech University. I won numerous teaching awards during my time as a college professor, but law is my true calling. As one local judge put it, "that guy's going to plead his case no matter what.

Unprofessional
John Hindera is the most unprofessional lawyer I have dealt with. He shows up late to court and comes unprepared. Also, his communication is horrible.
