David Albert Buono II

I am a partner at Savrick Schumann with a practice focusing on civil trial and business litigation involving complex business disputes and torts.  I have extensive experience in handling matters in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings.  My work has involved thousands of cases, including areas of aviation, professional liability, accounting malpractice, consulting services, software implementation, trademark and copyright infringement and enforcement, deceptive trade practices, insurance coverage, unfair competition, trade secret disputes, noncompetition disputes, contractual disputes and large personal injury matters. In addition, I have represented and provided counsel to clients on matters such as trademark and copyright registration, commercial matters, contractual negotiations and auction related matters.  With this experience, I am able to obtain results that best protect my client’s interests.
