I will try to give this review without detailing to much information about my specific case. I was introduced to Stephen via a family friend who told me about Stephen. My specific case is unique in the fact that I am a disabled veteran diagnosed with PTSD and TBI, so I don't leave my home unless ...I have to nor do I communicate with people outside of my immediate family. After speaking with Stephen about my case and getting all of the information together he was able to walk me thru the steps of what was needing to be done. Stephen educated himself on my specific disabilities (In the fashion, help me help you) and used that information to better help me in my case. My case is still ongoing, however I couldn't have picked a stronger advocate. Stephen has always returned my calls in a timely manner, kept me up to date via email as well as text messages. I would strongly encourage anyone looking into hiring Stephen to give him your undivided attention. Guidelines dictate that I be specific about my review so here goes. First a small bit about what I am going through. I was honorably discharged from the Army in 2010. Shortly after I was diagnosed with PTSD and recently diagnosed with TBI. While on active duty I entered into an agreement to pay X amount of dollars per month for child support. However after my release from active duty I was unable to find employment and received not nearly what I was receiving for VA disability as compared to active duty. So my child support continued to become delinquent. Upon making contact with Stephen, I explained to him what was going on. The who,what, when where and why of my case. Stephen listened without interruption (unless to ask if I had paperwork for such and such issue) Immediately he filed paperwork to begin the long and arduous process of getting me through this. It's been a short time now and we are still working my case. I am more optimistic now than I have been in a very long time. I am grateful on so many levels for hiring Stephen. There are many times when I simply need to know if there have been any changes and Stephen makes himself available. I assure you, you will not be disappointed in the level of professionalism that Stephen exhibits. That's all for now. I will come back and update everyone once my case has been resolved.
