Biography
I am the principal attorney at The Kumar Law Firm PLLC, which provides a wide range of legal services to entrepreneurs and business owners.
In my pre-law career I cofounded a successful technology company, which raised over $84M in venture capital funds followed by its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on NASDAQ.
I have first hand experience with startups, the issues faced by early stage companies as well as barriers encountered by later stage growth phase businesses. I personally negotiated deals with companies like Apple, Microsoft, Sony, Samsung etc. and have experienced the business culture in various geographies. I have managed cross cultural teams as well as remote offices and have personally experienced the issues involved in setting up an international subsidiary in India and remotely managing multiple teams.
I provide valuable legal and business advise to my clients which can help avoid costly mistakes and find creative solutions to their problems.
