Kirsten Lane Kumar

Kirsten is a partner at the Kumar Law Firm and daughter of managing partner Sanjeev Kumar.

After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law in 2021, Kirsten jumped straight into helping business owners and entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of commercial disputes, intellectual property protection, and due diligence. She has already acquired valuable experience in many aspects of litigation and dispute resolution. She also works closely on all sides of soft intellectual property law, including preparing trademark applications before the USPTO and advising content creators on protecting their unique content. She has also assisted in protecting intellectual property rights or challenging the validity thereof in rights and licensing infringement cases pending before federal court.

Kirsten is licensed in both Texas and New York.
