Varant Yegparian

I am the founding partner of Yegparian PLLC, an Austin trial boutique representing companies and individuals in complex commercial, technology, and construction disputes. My practice includes breach of contract, trade secret theft, software implementation failures, fiduciary duty claims, and disputes among founders and business partners. I represent both plaintiffs and defendants.

I have tried more than ten commercial matters to verdict or final award. Before founding Yegparian PLLC, I practiced at Haynes and Boone, Hartline Dacus Barger Dreyer, and Hicks Johnson, where I was a partner.

Trial experience shapes how I handle a case from the outset. Significant disputes often turn on one or two questions. I identify those questions early and build discovery, expert testimony, and the trial presentation around them. The purpose is to focus the work on what will decide the case and give the client an informed basis for choosing between settlement and trial.

I earned my J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law and my B.A. in Plan II Honors, summa cum laude, from the University of Texas at Austin. I also write and present on trade secret litigation, artificial intelligence, and software disputes.
