An excellent, kind and professional attorney!!!

Eric helped me through a difficult time in my life - a divorce I never thought would happen to me. He helped me come to terms with a difficult situation and helped me do what needed to be done. He has such a kind and calming demeanor, which helped me feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire p...rocess. He was not into playing games and did not do unnecessary work to run up fees. He gave me great guidance - the do's and don'ts - focused on the best interest of the children, my financial stability, and preserving future family peace. I was able to file and get the divorce done in 4 months. My children and I have what we need to move forward. His rate may be high - but his 25 years of experience is well worth the rate. God helped me through this challenging time and I believe he put Eric here to help me and others like me. I am now so much happier. Thank you to Eric, his wonderful staff and God.

Strong Austin-Area Family Law Attorney

Mr. Robertson was my counsel through a difficult divorce. I was the target of a good deal of hostility, harassment, and legal aggression. My ex-, who was suffering from a mental condition, was making all kinds of allegations and seeking millions in alimony and other compensation. In addition to... sound legal advice, he provided me numerous "pep talks" that helped me stay focused and under control. He was a constant voice of pragmatism and steered me toward decisions that I am sure worked out to the benefit of me and my children. I think he is particularly strong in situations where mental illnesses are involved. We also had a, somewhat, financially complicated case involving several types of income. Mr. Robertson was very comfortable navigating the trade-offs and choosing which battles were worth fighting. He also worked to keep the fees manageable. I also noticed that Mr. Robertson commanded a good deal of respect in the Travis County family law community. It is great being supported by someone with a strong reputation - I can tell the judges and opposing attorneys (there were several) gave him the benefit of the doubt and knew it was not wise to play games. I will also say that I can tell he has a very busy practice, but it usually did not take long to get a response from him or his capable paralegal, when appropriate. I remember one time he gave me a call as he was driving off on a holiday vacation - many attorneys would have let it wait, but I was grateful for the closure.
