Rude and incompetent
I would not hire Mark for any reason. I spoke to him for a consultation regarding a civil case and he was extremely rude, sounded annoyed that anyone would dare contact him who didn't have a personal reference, and was angry that I wasn't sure about which exact angle I wanted to approach my case with...
