IM A VERRY UPSET PARENT, TRYING

I CONTACTED MR ROBERTSON ON A THURSDAY,AND HE WAS TELLING ME HE COULD GET MY DAUGHTER OUT OF JAIL.HE HAD PROMISE ME HE WAS GONNA GET HER OUT BEFORE THE WEEKEND WAS OVER.WHEN FRIDAY MORNING CAME THATS WHEN HE HAD SAID MY DAUGHTER WAS IN JAIL AND THEY HADNT FILED THE CASE Y ET.SO HE WAS SAYING MY DAUG...HTER WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THAT MONDAY TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO FILE IT. WHEN MONDAY CAME MY DAUGHTER STILL WASNT OUT, HE THEN TOLD US THAT WE HAD TO WAIT TIL TUESDAY BECAUSE THE 72 HOURS WAS NOT UP YET AND THAT THE WEEKEND DID NOT COUNT. ,ONCE TUESDAY CAME HE MADE UP ANOTHER EXCUSE SAYING THAT THEY HAD TO INVESTIGATE MY DAUGHTERS CASE MEANING THAT SHE WAS STILL IN JAIL. SO WHEN I GAVE HIM A CALL WEDNESDAY HE SAID THAT HE NEVER TOLD ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO GET MY CHILD OUT. HE SAID HE WAS ONLY GOING TO GET HER BOND REDUCED,WHICH HE NEVER DID DO. HE QUIT ANSWERING THE PHONE WE WENT 2-3 DAYS WITHOUT TALKING TO HIM. HE NEVER TRIED TO CALL US BACK OR HE WOULDNT REPLY TO TEXT MESSAGES.THE ONLY THING HE DID DO WAS A VIDEO CONFERENCE WITH MY DAUGHTER AND HE WAS VERY AGGRESSIVE WITH THE BOTH OF US. WE HAD TO GO AHEAD AND PAY THE MONEY TO BOND MY DAUGHTER OUT. HE DIDNT EVEN KNOW THAT MY DAUGHTER WAS OUT OF JAIL. HE CURSED ME OUT SAYING " F " ME AND THAT HE WASNT GIVING ME MONEY BACK. HATE THAT I WAS REFERRED TO HIM. HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISREPSECTFUL AND AGGRESSIVE. I WOULDNT DARE RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.IM IN THE PROGRESS OF TRYING TO FILE A SUIT ON MR ROBERTSON NOW.

If it sounds too good to be true...

Phillip Robertson also took a friend of mine's case over the summer and it took him til September just to file as my friend's attorney with the courts. A public defender was already working on the case when he finally made an appearance. He showed up for court two times and I'm not aware he did any...thing my postpone some appearances. My friend is still in jail and has no idea what is going on. I should've known better when he told my friend he could get him probation for his 8th felony drug charge that was over 200 grams of meth.

Review

Paid him $3500 to take my husbands case early November and his worse case scenario was in 6 weeks my husband would be released on probation. After paying him he did not return calls for 4 weeks. He only answered if he did not recognize the phone number and he would say he was in the middle of somethi...ng and he would call back. Never did. This went on for about 2 months. The only thing he did was video conference his client twice. The district attorney was waiting to hear back from attorney to make a plea deal and not once did she hear from attorney in these 3 months. Turns out January 20th this Phillip Robertson attorney was found overdosed in a motel room with meth and paraphelia and he was arrested. His cases were taken over by public defenders but I am seeking recompensation for the money I paid to him and he will not return call, texts, emails. And now I have to file a small claims again him. Extremely aggitated by his lack of professionalism, courtesy, and sympathism.

Not good

Please don't be fooled like I was. He was a great communicator when we were making arrangements for payment, but haven't been able to get him to return phone calls, answer text or emails since. According to Mr. Robertson when I hired him, my son would be out of jail in a week - no worries! Well, it h...as been almost a month and nothing has happened. If you want an attorney to communicate with you and keep you informed about your case, Mr. Patrick Phillip Robertson is not the one for you!
