Nice Person, Out of Touch With Probate Procedures

Ms. Bond tried to help us obtain guardianship for our 35 year old head injured son (TBI) who oives with us, heas no assets, and she failed. She wasnt aware as she advised us and began the suit of Texas law and rule changes that doubled our costs, rule changes that required that we pay for both our at...torney and his. It took us two years to collect enough funds to get a skilled up to date attorney who is now making progress in our second attempt. Lovely person, but I do not recommend she be engaged to represent in probate court.
