Robin and his assistant, Sierra, were great. I had to have my property deeds corrected in order to be able to claim the proper tax reduction from the county on the land. It was a bit complex and took many steps to get it completed. I really appreciated all the time they took from the initial meeti...ng, letting me know up front how the costs would be applied per month. I was glad to have the monthly cost breakdown that showed me exactly what I was paying for. This was not a quick process but Robin kept me informed all the way what was going on. Robin and Sierra got all the paperwork filed on the deeds and I was able to file the proper paperwork with the county tax office for the corrected tax breaks.
