In my opinion and recent experience, there are a sea of attorneys on the market, don't get shipwrecked with Grace Law Office. Spoke with Attorney Grace 2-3 times about handling my traffic violations. We agreed to a price and the next step was for him to send a letter of representation to the court an...d an invoice to me. Neither happened. He advised me the process takes time and I shouldn't hear from him for 5-6 weeks. A few weeks later I got a warrant in the mail. I tried to reach Attorney Grace many times via telephone, email, mail and even filed a grievance against him. I never heard from him - ever. Now I have the cost and aggravation of a warrant added to my original problem. I would suggest you stay away unless you want your problems magnified. I wish we could write a review with zero stars - or in this case negative stars!!!

I found Mark after my previous lawyer dropped the ball and got my boyfriend arrested on a speeding ticket. Since then he has handled 4 tickets of ours, every time he has communicated exactly what we need to do and explains all of our options in advance. He responds to emails the same day and is very... knowledgeable about the courts. He even heard our name once in court and emailed to confirm because no one had shown and a bench warrant was going to be issued. Overall he understands the Austin courts and takes pride in doing his job efficiently. If you came to him with a problem he was not familiar with i think he would refer you to someone who would give you the best service. Thats the kind of person he is, honest and very trustworthy.
