Hugh S. Lowe

Mr. Lowe was recomended by a very close friend who was in UT law school at the time. I was a terrified 30 year old in my first brush with the law, albiet a quite serious one. He negotiated an incredible sentence for me with the meticulous and wonderful assistant he had then whose name i cannot rememb...er.
