As luck would have it, Ms. Baellow got assigned to my case 8 years ago when I needed help with becoming a permanent resident. She was always easy to get in touch with, responsive, friendly and kind. As my main point of contact with the firm, Ms. Baellow exceeded all of my expectations. So much so..., in fact, that when the time came to apply for naturalization, I didn't hesitate to get back in touch with her and work with her again. 7 and a half years later and once again the process was painless, seamless and easy.
