Gordon Edward Billheimer Jr.

Gordon E. Billheimer is a Partner in the Austin office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. Gordon focuses his practice primarily on labor and employment, product liability, and business and commercial litigation. He has represented corporations as well as individuals in commercial and tort litigation, business disputes, and labor and employment matters. Additionally, Gordon’s extensive experience includes real estate and business transactions, intellectual property litigation, and criminal litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Gordon had an active civil and criminal litigation practice in Georgia and West Virginia.  Gordon has also served as Chief Litigation Counsel for two Fortune 500 companies, Coca-Cola Enterprises and Leggett & Platt. For one of these companies, he established the company’s litigation procedures and reduced active litigations from nearly 700 to only 380 in less than two years. Gordon served five years as a municipal judge, adjudicated over 2,500 cases and was never reversed on appeal.
