Biography
Doug Lackey has thirty years of experience in the courtroom handling cases involving catastrophic injury and disease. Doug has successfully first-chaired a significant number of jury trials and has defended companies and individuals in the following areas of litigation: medical malpractice, pharmaceutical litigation, toxic tort and environmental, product liability, construction disputes, legal malpractice, and general commercial litigation. Doug’s experience in complex and multi-party litigation matters include product liability and toxic tort and environmental litigation.
Doug currently serves as national counsel for two large companies with regard to their toxic tort litigation, and defends several clients in cases involving products, toxic exposure and complex medical issues.
