Zachary Paul McFarlane

Zach McFarlane is a trial lawyer who focuses on representing individuals who were seriously injured in oilfield accidents, offshore and maritime accidents, plant and refinery explosions, catastrophic workplace accidents, and in commercial vehicle crashes.

Zach received his Bachelor’s Degree in Government from the University of Texas. After graduating, Zach attended law school at the University of Arkansas.

While there, Zach was repeatedly selected to the Dean’s Honor List and participated in the school’s mock trial program. Following law school, Zach began his career at a plaintiff’s firm in Houston, where he successfully represented hundreds of clients who were injured in refinery accidents and by dangerous prescription drugs and medical devices.

Zach has been voted a Texas Rising Star by Super Lawyers, a Thompson Reuters publication, in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Zach has distinguished himself both in and outside the courtroom, recovering some of the largest verdicts and settlements in both Texas and Louisiana for his clients.
