also known as V VALENZUELA LAW
Veronica Valenzuela is an Austin-based personal injury attorney and founder of V Valenzuela Law.
Veronica has more than 20 years of litigation experience and has practiced personal injury law for more than 17 consecutive years. She represents people injured in car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability incidents, dog attacks, and other personal injury matters involving individual and commercial defendants.
Before becoming an attorney, Veronica worked for a large insurance company while attending law school. That experience gave her firsthand insight into how insurance companies evaluate claims and interact with injured people. During law school, she transitioned to a personal injury law firm and discovered that helping injured clients navigate difficult situations was the area of law in which she wanted to build her career.
Veronica earned her law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2003. While in law school, she clerked for the Thirteenth Court of Appeals of Texas and the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, served as a Senior Editor of the St. Mary's Law Journal, and represented St. Mary's in Moot Court competition. After practicing in South Texas, Veronica opened her own law practice in 2008. She later moved to Austin, where she worked for a high-volume personal injury firm before reopening V Valenzuela Law in 2023 with a different vision: a client-oriented personal injury practice emphasizing quality over quantity, direct attorney involvement, transparency, and personal attention.
Today, V Valenzuela Law also operates an online Accident Legal Resource Center. Veronica uses articles and educational videos to answer common questions about accidents, insurance companies, and personal injury claims. The goal is to provide genuinely useful information that helps people understand their rights and make informed decisions, whether or not they ultimately hire the firm.
Veronica is fluent in English and Spanish and serves clients throughout Texas from her Austin office.
