Trey Collins's original firm of Minton Burton Foster Collins came highly recommended to me when I received a DUI. Getting a DUI was easily one of the worst experiences I'd ever been through and this guy found it comical during our first meeting. I didn't have time to shop around for another attorney ...and trusted the high power attorney/family friend in Houston who recommended this firm. Trey did very little for me beyond making me feel worse about my situation and bringing in another attorney to laugh at my video. He got nothing reduced, nothing dismissed, but - hey - I'm glad I could provide him some comic relief at my expense...a LARGE expense.
