Stuart Franklin Hiserodt

Stuart Hiserodt is an Austin attorney and partner of Stanfield Hiserodt, PLLC. He received his B.S. degree in Political Economics with a minor in Chemistry from Hillsdale College. In 2006, he earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock while pursuing a Chemistry major and working in the chemistry department. Moving to Austin upon graduation, he received his license to practice law in Texas.

While in Texas, he assisted in litigation preparation for large, complex software litigation concentrating mostly on e-discovery projects and training new employees on different software programs. He practices in the fields of business organization, general business transactions, intellectual property, and technology law. His focus is in assisting Austin's small business start-ups in creating an LLC, corporation, or other business entity, as well as obtaining trademarks and copyrights. His other main area of focus consists of computer software, hardware, and outsourcing licensing.
