I represent individuals and corporations when dealing with the Internal Revenue Service. My practice includes defending taxpayers in audits, representing "innocent spouses" at the administrative level and US Tax Court level, assisting taxpayers who have had Notices of Federal Tax Liens filed against them, assisting taxpayers against garnishment or levy actions taken by the Internal Revenue Service, and attempting to reduce or eliminate the income tax liability assessed against the taxpayers.
