Samuel consulted me when there was a discrepancy with our former contractor who was hired to build our home. The contractor was relieved of his agreed upon duties early into the building process due to lack of quality work and shady business practice. He was seeking much more money than he was alread...y paid & more than we felt he deserved. After receiving a call and an email from the contractor's lawyer threating to apply a lien on our home, I contacted Sam. He consulted me in this matter. We had a handful of exchanges with the contractor's lawyer. In the end, we paid the contractor a fare wage based on his workmanship (or lack there of). Samuel was diligent in the matter. I would receive almost immediate responses on emails and he always answered his phone. He even reached out to me numerous times when he hadn't heard any updates on the matter (waiting on contractor's lawyer's response).
