Where should I start? I have, unfortunately, had a very difficult time finding a criminal attorney (paid or court appointed) that is personable, professional, persistent with the DA and Judges, highly respected, easy to work with, goes to bat for his clients, truly cares and is highly communicative... with his clients letting you know exactly what is happening with your case. My name is julie, and I hired Mike Luna on behalf of my husband. I talked to 4 other lawyers about his cases before decideing to go with Mike Luna. Reason for chooseing him was because the other lawyers I talked to all tried telling me just give them 3-5,000$ up front and they could get my husband o...ut, in 2 days before his sentenceing which was really impossible to do because of his convictions, and I knew that. they really couldnt do it.
