Replied last August 05, 2018Ree was faced with an extremely serious charge that could have resulted in a very long prison sentence but through persistence and through dissection of the state's evidence I was able to establish enough doubt in the prosecutor's mind that the case was dismissed without the need of an extremely stressful jury trial and the risk of an innocent man being wrongfully convicted.
