Laura Catherine Tucker

The Law Office of Laura Tucker, PLLC is an innovative and elegant remote law firm serving Texans' estate planning needs. My practice is client-focused. My goal is to help people identify their priorities, evaluate all their options, and confidently make informed decisions. I provide the following legal documents: will, testamentary trust, revocable and irrevocable trust, designation of guardian of children’s person and children’s estate, statutory power of attorney, medical power of attorney, HIPAA release authorization, advance directive (sometimes called a “living will”), designation of agent for disposition of remains, affidavit of heirship, transfer on death deed, and Lady Bird deed.

I received my J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and my B.A. in Plan II Honors, also from UT, graduating Phi Beta Kappa.

I was honored to be an Equal Justice Works fellow at Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid in Alpine, Far West Texas, before starting my own practice in 2022.
