Before founding Collins Lamm PLLC, I served as a federal prosecutor, where I investigated and prosecuted complex criminal cases and worked closely with federal law enforcement agencies. That experience continues to shape how I defend clients today. I understand how prosecutors evaluate cases, how investigations develop, and where careful preparation can make a meaningful difference.

My practice includes representation during government investigations, federal criminal prosecutions, serious Texas felony cases, white collar matters, and regulatory enforcement proceedings. I also conduct internal investigations for businesses and advise clients before charges are filed, when early legal counsel can be especially important.
