Biography
Modesett Williams, PLLC tries cases of all types throughout Texas and the United States. I am Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law . My partner, Walter Williams is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law.
I have tried cases in over a dozen counties in Texas and as a Firm, we have litigated in California, Florida, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Virginia and Wisconsin.
Walter and I have tried the most complex shareholder oppression and breach of fiduciary duty cases as well as multi-party medical malpractice cases and everything in between.
