I was the victim of gross misrepresentation regarding an aircraft I intended to buy. The aircraft was in Texas and I was in Colorado, so I did not find out until the aircraft was delivered to me that it was not even the same model aircraft listed in the seller's ad. When I gave it back as "not the ...model I ordered", the seller refused to give me my money back, claiming I broke the aircraft while it was in my possession, which was certainly not the truth. This situation left me with my working capital tied up in Texas and nothing with which to make a living; therefore, I soon ran out of money for litigating the matter. Yet, Mr. McDuff proceeded on the case on the basis of my paying him what I could when I could, with his remaining payment to be taken out of the final settlement with the defendant. I've never met an attorney with more compassion and understanding for his client than Mr. McDuff. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an honest, smart, diligent attorney.
