Jason Alan Danowsky

Jason supports communications companies with nationwide regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, utility commission certifications, and local franchise agreements. His clients include wireless eligible telecommunications carriers, broadband providers, and VoIP companies. He has represented these entities before the FCC, state utility commissions, and local governments to help his clients gain:

• right-of-way access
• franchise and license agreements
• certificates of public convenience and necessity
• designation as eligible telecommunications carriers

Jason also represents individuals before Texas licensing boards that regulate professionals such as engineers, nurses, accountants, pharmacists, counselors, electricians, alarm installers, and loan originators. Jason provides hands-on guidance and preparation for

• applications to regulatory agencies
• answers to licensing board investigation requests
• settlement negotiations with agency attorneys and personnel
• informal settlement conferences, SOAH hearings, board meetings, and contested case appearances

Jason received his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor on the Texas Law Review. He also mentored incoming members of the Law Review and received the Law Review’s Pro Bono Award.
