So we had originally gone to another attorney to file for BK and were told we had to wait for another 6 months. Their communication sucked so I decided to seek another attorney and so glad I did!! We only had to wait one month and are now officially discharged where if I had gone with the original at...torney, we would still be waiting!! Mr. Powell was very thorough when he presented the pros and cons of filing bankruptcy. He told us on our initial visit that we met the guidelines to file bankruptcy. Mr. Powell was always cordial and efficient. His staff were very competent. Due to staff changes our case was not processed as quickly ...as it would have been if the staff changes had not been made.
