The complainant in the case retained a world-renowned law firm and accused my client of "domain squatting." That is, the complainant alleged that my client registered an Internet domain similar to the ... complainant's in bad faith and to hurt the complainant's business, rather than registering the domain and using it to conduct a bona fide business. The arbitration panelist agreed with my client and denied the complaint. My client kept his Internet domain and now has the certainty that ICANN has approved his ownership of that domain.
