We were very nervous going into the process for termination of rights and adoption. However Farah made us feel as comfortable as possible. She reached out as often as she could to keep us updated and to ask questions. She was always working on things even when we were not communicating. She helped us... to find the adoption study that fit our family. Farah let us know our chances from the start and never led us to believe that it was guaranteed positive outcome. Now that I'm freshly on the other side of my divorce, I couldn't imagine getting a better outcome without Farah's help. I also want to note that all of the ladies that work in the office were all very helpful and responsive to my frantic calls/emails, and even stayed late in the office to ensure that I was able to get the proper documentation after hours to keep my family safe.
