I found myself in sudden need of legal guidance after my ex husband closed our joint banking account and I was left with no access to any money and a family to look after. Right away, Mike lined up a plan to put a temporary restraining order in place so money couldnt be moved around and I would have... some sort of access to it, also ensuring my kid's preschool was paid for and the lifestyle they were used to would carry on. That was put in place right away, we attended a mediation hearing to finalize details and he fought to make sure I had everything I needed in the agreement. Mike and I were able to sit down and draft a divorce decree and after correspondence with my ex husband's attorney (who, by the way, RAN HIS BILL up higher than the clouds!!) we came to an agreement. His guidance was wonderful, he ALWAYS had my best interest in mind, he was easy to contact, always returned my emails or calls. I wouldn't wish a divorce on anyone but he made it a less-terrifying experience!
