Where to begin? There are so many faults and weaknesses to attorney, Cliff McCormack. Do not hire this man. He does not prepare for the trial. He was poorly prepared for my trail after deferring it for 3 years. He did not contact the witnesses until the day before the trail. He did not ask the ...witness for vital records and information at the trial. He does not know how to phrase questions correctly, or even ask them. His cross-examinations are so weak, or prefers not to cross-examine. He does not even pronounce terms or names correctly, which builds no confidence or credibility with the jury. There is even more harm and lack of protection that could be addressed. My opinion is pay more, get a better lawyer that fights, prepares, presents better evidence, and knows how to phrase questions, and communicates better. You will waste your money with Clifford McCormack. It is not money well spent, and most likely lose your trial due to his style, and lack of preparations.
