Charles K Kebodeaux

Keith is a skilled trial advocate and transactional business lawyer who has been recognized as a Texas Monthly Super Lawyer and as a “Best Lawyer in America” for Commercial Litigation . He is rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale Hubbell for legal ability and ethics. He is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Trial Law, Civil Appellate Law and Personal Injury Trial Law, a distinction held by less than 1 % of Texas lawyers. He holds a Master’s degree in accounting, JD from the University of Texas and an LLM in Tax Law from the University of Houston. He also taught graduate tax courses in the Master of Accountancy program at Texas State University for eleven years.

After practicing as a partner in major Texas and New York law firms, Keith Kebodeaux founded a firm in 2001, with the goal of providing quality legal services and solutions to businesses and individuals without the expensive overhead and trappings of a large firm.
