Michael P. Davis

The Law Offices of Mike Davis is a general practice law firm that covers most areas of law. Mike's practice concentrates primarily on civil trial and criminal law. He formerly served as the First Assistant County Attorney in El Paso County, Texas, and as General counsel to the El Paso County Industrial Development Corporation. He moved his practice to central Texas in 1985, where he served 2 years as the Chief Felony Prosecutor in the 26th Judicial District Court.

Mike has handled complex litigation ranging from airplane crashes to Capital Murder. He represents businesses, banks, county governments, and individuals on a regular basis. He is licensed in all State Courts in Texas, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of Texas. He is a past President of the Williamson County Bar Association.

The office is conveniently located in One Financial Center, in Round Rock, Texas.

Mike served in the United States Marine Corps form 1966-1972, including tours in Viet Nam from 1967 to 1969.  Mike also served as the Sheriff of El Paso County, Texas from 1982 to 1985.
