Biography
I have been practicing law for close to 28 years, and have limited my practice to personal injury cases these last 20 years. My practice is focused on major injury claims due to construction accidents, work-related injuries, 18-wheeler accidents, and injuries caused by drunk drivers. Based on my success in obtaining numerous million dollar plus results, I was invited into the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, named a Texas Super Lawyer for the past several years, honored as one of the attorneys that obtained the highest personal injury verdict in Texas and the United States in 2010, and was inducted into the Texas Verdicts Hall of Fame in 2013 for Motor Vehicle verdicts. While a native Texan, I am also licesenced in Colorado and New Mexico and have handled death cases in each of those states. I speak Spanish fluently, and travel to Mexico to visit clients and friends.
