I am a 7th generation Texan who grew up on a farm in El Campo, TX as the oldest son of a cowboy and a teacher. I graduated with a business degree from Texas A&M University and somehow found myself working as a scuba instructor and boat captain in the Caribbean. After years of living on a sailboat and wearing flip flops to work, I moved back to civilization and enrolled at South Texas College of Law where I graduated cum laude. That was back in 2010. I have since practiced maritime law, criminal law, and civil law, but am now finding that family law is the most personally rewarding.
While I still maintain our family ranch in my spare time, my primary job is family law and helping clients with divorces, suits affecting parent-child relationships, modifications, adoptions, terminations, CPS actions, and Attorney General cases.

"Scott is a talented, dedicated lawyer. He is throughly concerned with the best interests of his clients, which is why he is only a handful of lawyers that I work with as a trial partner. I endorse this lawyer and have referred clients to him."
